Spotlight Tour: Thresholds, with Jane Lilly ’27
Spotlight Tour: Thresholds, led by Harvard undergraduate Jane Lilly ’27, examines ideas of boundaries and in-between states through three works in the Harvard Art Museums’ collections. The conversational tour considers how visitors perceive and move through art, with stops at a Marinid-period lintel from Fez, Morocco; the stained-glass window *Scene from the Life of Thomas Becket* from Canterbury, England; and Canaletto’s *Piazza San Marco, Venice*.
Spotlight Tours are student-designed and led by Harvard undergraduates from a variety of academic fields. Each tour offers a thematic perspective on the collections and generally focuses on three objects.
