Wicker

Wicker is an audacious comic fable about sex, marriage, and the strange rules that govern society. The film follows an ostracized fisherwoman who commissions a husband from the village basketmaker. When the resulting wicker man is far more extraordinary than she expected, his spirit and unusual abilities stir desire, jealousy, and fascination, setting off upheaval that threatens the entire village.

The film is directed by Eleanor Wilson and Alex Huston Fischer and stars Olivia Colman, Alexander Skarsgård, Peter Dinklage, and Elizabeth Debicki.
