Hand Bound Art Journal Workshop

Create a practical, personalized art journal in this hands-on workshop inspired by artist Hedi Kyle’s book *Art of the Fold*. Participants will learn basic paper-folding techniques to make a clever, multi-pocketed folder and journal for organizing artwork, poems, dreams, ideas, and other creative work.

The holiday gift edition focuses on making a beautiful journal suitable for giving. You will select from sketch, writing, and watercolor papers, sew the pages together with an approachable pamphlet-stitch binding, and optionally decorate the cover with custom collage or linework. All materials are provided, though participants may bring special papers of their own to incorporate.
