Tech Help (By Appointment)

Tech Help is a one-on-one technology assistance service offered by a Hyde Park librarian by appointment. Patrons can bring questions about phones, computers, the internet, online Boston Public Library resources, or other technology topics. The 30-minute session may focus on completing a specific task or provide general instruction in computer use.

When: Tuesday, November 10, 2026

Showtimes: Appointments are available during the 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. event period.

Format: Individual, 30-minute appointments with a Hyde Park librarian.

Topics: Help is available with phones, computers, internet use, online BPL resources, specific technology tasks, and general computer instruction.

Registration: Required. Email hydepark@bpl.org or call 617-361-2524 to schedule an appointment.
