Fall Prevention
Fall Prevention is a winter-focused workshop at the Uphams Corner Branch Library. Participants will learn safer ways to step when they feel unsteady, manage obstacles in their path, and reduce the risk of injury if they begin to fall. The program is part of the library’s Senior Fridays series, although this workshop will be held on two Mondays in November. Light refreshments will be available.
