Death Cafe: Conversation about Death, Dying, and What It Means to Live Life to the Fullest
This Death Cafe invites participants to share an open, respectful conversation about death, dying, and the meaning of living fully. Facilitated by Here to Hear interfaith chaplains, the gathering includes light refreshments and welcomes people to discuss their own experiences and beliefs without promoting a particular religious or philosophical viewpoint. Participants speak for themselves while listening and engaging respectfully with others.
The gathering aims to increase awareness of death and, through that awareness, encourage a deeper appreciation of life. It is intended for adults, including college students, older adults, and young adults ages 20–34.
