Friends of the West Roxbury Branch Library: "Dukakis: Recipe for Democracy"
The award-winning short documentary *Dukakis: Recipe for Democracy* revisits Michael Dukakis, Massachusetts’ longest-serving governor and a Brookline native, roughly three decades after his presidential campaign. The film portrays Dukakis as an ongoing public servant who teaches and mentors aspiring leaders as a college professor and leads a commission supporting the long-discussed effort to connect Boston’s North and South Stations. A question-and-answer session with the film’s directors will follow the screening.
