Information Session for Adult English Learners
This informal information session is for adult English learners seeking support, learning resources, and opportunities to practice English. Members of the Boston Public Library’s Literacy Services team will explain how to register for grammar classes, describe informal conversation practice groups, and answer questions about local programs and resources.
The session is intended to provide information and connect attendees with services rather than function as a formal English class. The page also points learners toward additional ESOL resources, including the City of Boston’s Adult Literacy Initiative, the Massachusetts Adult Education Help Desk, Mango Languages online learning software, and information about obtaining a library card.
