Mark Roderick
Mark Roderick presents “Sunday with the Songbook,” a Sunday brunch cabaret with Music Director Andy Lantz. The performance revisits songs from the Great American Songbook and the Golden Age of American music, including music associated with Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Sammy Davis Jr., and other celebrated performers. The afternoon is designed as a nostalgic look at a timeless period of American music.
Roderick has been a regular Napoleon Room open-mic singer since 2019 and has performed across Broadway, American Songbook, pop, and jazz repertoire. His past work includes co-headlining “It Takes Two,” a program of classic male duets, with Leni Lunderman in 2022. He is a former member of the Boston Gay Men’s Chorus and former music director of the Metropolitan Community Church of Boston. He currently sings with the Southern Mass Festival Chorus, where he has been a featured soloist since 2008, and has also appeared as a Josephine’s Cabaret Spotlight Singer.
