Boston Comedy Festival Contest Semifinal Round 2 brings 32 comedians one step closer to the Boston Comedy Festival championship and its $7,000 prize. The evening features competition performances hosted by 2025 Boston Comedy Festival Champion Liam McGurk, with special guest Bethany Van Delft.
McGurk is a Boston-based comedian known for laid-back delivery and clever, offbeat material. Van Delft is a Boston comedy favorite whose storytelling focuses on family and everyday life; her credits include Just for Laughs, SF Sketchfest, Boston Calling, The Moth, iHeartRadio’s *The Ten News*, and the NOVA/PBS digital series *Parentalogic*.
