Impulse Ecstatic Dance - FIND YOUR POWER

Impulse Ecstatic Dance: FIND YOUR POWER is a movement-centered Sunday gathering focused on reconnecting with personal strength through dance, breath, rhythm, and embodied expression. Participants are invited to take up space, let go of inhibitions, and discover what wants to move through them in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

The experience begins with guided movement practices and builds into an ecstatic dance wave, followed by live music and a closing soundscape. Guests may participate at their own pace and are encouraged to come as they are and move as they feel.

Showtimes: 10:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

Tickets: First tier: $23, limited availability; second tier: $28

Lineup: Daniel Orlansky leads the Kundalini Yoga and Qigong warm-up. DJ Luminus provides the ecstatic dance wave, and Dave “Drumhead” Curry performs live music and the closing soundscape.

Venue: Performance Hall, Arts at the Armory

Dance guidelines: Attendees are asked to keep conversations off the dance floor, put phones away, respect other people’s boundaries, and seek consent. Dancing barefoot or in dance shoes is requested.

Work exchange: Limited work-exchange opportunities may be available for setup assistance. Interested attendees should contact the organizers in advance.
