The McDonough Band Annual Saturday After Thanksgiving Special!
The McDonough Band returns to The Fallout Shelter for the venue’s annual Saturday-after-Thanksgiving tradition, now in its sixth year. Gerard McDonough, Paul McDonough, and Dave “Smitty” Smith perform a full electric rock-and-roll set built around songs by one of the region’s gifted and underappreciated songwriters. The event emphasizes community, family, food, fun, and live music, continuing a tradition that has previously included sold-out appearances by Acoustic X, the band’s more stripped-down acoustic incarnation.
The show takes place in The Fallout Shelter’s intimate studio setting, where audiences watch the creation and production of the music television series *The Extended Play Sessions*. The venue describes its concerts as immersive experiences for both performers and audience members.
