Rachael Yamagata with Will Dailey
Rachael Yamagata performs at City Winery Boston with Will Dailey as the evening’s featured support. Yamagata’s emotionally direct songwriting, soulful voice, and cinematic blend of alternative pop and indie rock have earned her an international following since her debut album, *Happenstance*. Her live sets move from quiet, piano-led passages to fuller, more powerful arrangements, focusing on themes of love, heartbreak, vulnerability, and resilience.
Will Dailey is an independent musician and advocate whose sound draws from American rock, soul, folk, and pop. Over a career spanning two decades, he has released music through both major-label and independent models, collaborated or shared stages with artists including Eddie Vedder, Bruce Springsteen, Willie Nelson, Roger McGuinn, Steve Earle, Brandi Carlile, and Pearl Jam, and received eight Boston Music Awards. His work also includes the touring listening project *The $10 Song*, his Artist-in-Residence role at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport, and hosting the podcast *Sound of Our Town*.
