Information Session for Adult English Learners
This informal session is for adult English-language learners seeking support, learning opportunities, and places to practice. Members of the Boston Public Library’s Literacy Services team will explain how to register for grammar classes, discuss free conversation groups for speaking and listening practice, and answer questions about local programs and resources.
The session is intended for information and connections rather than classroom instruction. Additional resources include ESOL literacy materials, the City of Boston’s Adult Literacy Initiative, the Massachusetts Adult Education Help Desk, Mango Languages online learning software for library cardholders, and information about getting a library card.
