Computers for Beginners Series: Using Windows 11
Computers for Beginners: Using Windows 11 is a four-session class series for adults who are new to computers or want a refresher. The course begins with essential computer skills and gradually covers internet use, file management, and online safety. Classes are taught in English, with a Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking teaching assistant available to answer questions and provide help during class.
Each week focuses on a different topic: getting comfortable with computer hardware and software, using a mouse, and managing windows; getting online, searching the web, and working with browser tabs; saving, organizing, and finding documents or photos; and creating strong passwords and developing basic habits for protecting personal information online.
