Friday Films Double Feature: Bodyguard (1948) & Armored Car Robbery (1950)

Join Barry Marshall, Senior Affiliated Faculty in Emerson College’s Visual and Media Arts Department, for the opening week of a Richard Fleischer film series. This double feature pairs two film noir works, followed by discussion of Fleischer’s direction.

The program includes *Bodyguard* (1948), in which a homicide detective dismissed for insubordination becomes the bodyguard of a meat-packing plant owner after an inspector is murdered, and *Armored Car Robbery* (1950), which follows a police officer pursuing thieves after a carefully planned robbery goes wrong.
