Information Session for Adult English Learners
This informal information session is for adult English learners seeking library resources, support, and opportunities to practice. Members of the Boston Public Library’s Literacy Services team will explain how to register for grammar classes, describe free conversation groups for speaking and listening practice, and answer questions about local programs and resources.
The session is intended for questions and connections rather than classroom instruction. Additional resources include literacy materials for ESOL learners, Boston’s Adult Literacy Initiative, the Massachusetts Adult Education Help Desk, Mango Languages online learning software for library card holders, and information about obtaining a library card.
