Information Session for Adult English Learners
This informal information session is for adult English-language learners seeking resources, support, and opportunities to practice English. Members of the Boston Public Library’s Literacy Services team will explain how to register for grammar classes, describe free conversation-practice groups, and answer questions about local programs and resources. The session is intended to provide information and connections rather than function as a formal English class.
Additional resources include the Library’s ESOL literacy materials, the City of Boston’s Adult Literacy Initiative, the Massachusetts Adult Education Help Desk, Mango Languages online learning software for library cardholders, and information about obtaining a library card.
