Healing Sound Workshop (with Lisa Provenzano of Coming Home Connections)

Healing Sound Workshop is a one-hour sound bath led by Lisa Provenzano of Coming Home Connections. The session is designed to encourage a conscious slowing down and support nervous-system regulation through Deep Reiki and Deep Rest.

Lisa Provenzano is a multidisciplinary teaching artist who focuses on gently grounding the body as a starting point for learning and healing. She holds a master’s degree in education, is certified in Vini Yoga, and is a Reiki Master Teacher. The program is intended for all bodies. Participants should bring their own yoga mat for comfort.
