The LilyPad Waltz: Nova Jimenez, Mimi Fonseca, Triinity

The LilyPad Waltz brings together Nova Jimenez, Mimi Fonseca, and Triinity for an intimate evening of jazz- and folk-influenced music, storytelling, and newly premiered work. Nova will debut new music during a performance designed to invite close listening and leave the audience inspired.

The lineup spans Latin jazz, folk, singer-songwriter, and soul-influenced sounds. Triinity, a New Jersey artist, combines personal singer-songwriter writing with raw folk melodies and draws inspiration from Yebba, Hozier, and Daniel Caesar. Boston-based Mexican-American musician and singer-songwriter Mimi Fonseca works across jazz, bossa nova, and folk, with songs addressing love, heartbreak, representation, and social consciousness. Venezuelan and Spanish artist Nova Jimenez fuses jazz and folk with Latin influences, using her music and voice to reflect on the human experience and advocate for social causes.
