Bluegrass: The Band, The Last Waltz 50th Anniversary

Bluegrass The Band presents “The Grass’d Waltz,” a bluegrass tribute commemorating the 50th anniversary of The Band’s celebrated 1976 farewell concert, *The Last Waltz*. The Boston-based group reunites for an evening that recasts music from the 1970s in a bluegrass style, joined by several of New England’s accomplished musicians.

The program includes familiar songs such as “The Weight” and “The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down,” along with deeper selections including “Caledonia Mission” and “Don’t Do It.” What began as a concert is presented as a full musical celebration of The Band’s legacy.

Showtimes: Doors open at 7:00 p.m.; the performance runs from 8:00 to 11:00 p.m.
