Information Session for Adult English Learners

This canceled information session was intended for adult English-language learners seeking guidance, support, and opportunities to practice English. A Boston Public Library instructor would have provided informal help with registering for English and workforce classes, explained conversation practice groups, and answered questions about local programs and resources.

The session was designed as an information and resource connection—not as a formal English class. The page also directs learners to literacy resources, Boston’s Adult Literacy Initiative, the Massachusetts Adult Education Help Desk, Mango Languages online learning software for library card holders, and information about obtaining a library card.
