Drop-In Notary Service Hours
Drop-In Notary Service Hours provide free, walk-in document notarization at the Jamaica Plain Branch Library. No appointment is required, but notarization is subject to the notary’s requirements and availability. Beginning in December, the service moves from Wednesdays to Tuesdays; the listed December session is on Tuesday, December 1, 2026.
Come at any point during the service period. Documents must be complete except for the signatures that need notarization, and all signers must wait to sign until they are with the notary. The notary cannot provide legal advice, and notarization is not guaranteed.
