Tech Help by Appointment

Tech Help by Appointment offers individualized technology assistance from a Boston Public Library librarian. It is intended for people who need basic computer help, have questions about a laptop or cell phone, or want guidance using the library’s online resources.

Appointments are required. Participants should bring the device they want to use; laptops and public desktop computers are available if needed.
