Sun, Nov 8, 2026at 7:00 PM
1353 Cambridge Street, Cambridge, MA 02139
$10-$15
Featuring: Kass Richards, Chris Brokaw

Kass Richards celebrates the release of her EP *Gospel* with her first local performance accompanied by a full band. Chris Brokaw, who played several instruments on the EP, opens or closes the evening with a hypnotic solo set, bringing his extensive work as a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and film composer to the Lilypad stage.

Richards’ four-song *Gospel* was released on November 6, 2026, following three recording sessions with Brokaw and David Minehan, who co-produced the EP with Richards. Shaped by personal loss, the record considers grief, gratitude, and reverence while broadening the artistic palette established on her albums *The Language Shadow* and *New Love Meditation*. Richards is also known for her collaborations with Meg Remy and U.S. Girls, her editing work on Remy’s book *Begin by Telling*, and her score for the animated short film *Pottero*.
