BalletX, Philadelphia’s contemporary ballet company, brings an ensemble of 16 dancers to Cambridge for a program of bold, athletic, and emotionally expressive new choreography. Known for combining technical excellence with innovation, the company presents three Boston premieres: *Honey* by Jamar Roberts, *Scales on the Wings of a Butterfly* by Noelle Kayser, and *Big Wig* by Marguerite Donlon.

The performances emphasize passion, exuberance, and the human qualities of contemporary ballet. The company’s dancers have been praised by *The New York Times* as being among the best in America.
