Beyond the Spectrum Kids
Beyond the Spectrum Kids is an art program for children on the autism spectrum, ages 8–12. This session focuses on artist’s books, an experimental form that transforms two-dimensional artwork into three-dimensional books. Participants will view artist’s books by well-known abstract artists in the exhibition “Picasso, Miró, Dalí: Unbound,” then create their own mixed-media 3D art books in the studio.
The class is led by Katherine Fournier and Molly Lamb and is wheelchair accessible. Advance online registration is required; the page indicates that the session is sold out.
