Information Session for Adult English Learners
This informal information session is for adult English learners seeking resources, support, and opportunities to practice English. Members of the Boston Public Library’s Literacy Services team will answer questions, explain how to register for grammar classes, discuss conversation-practice groups, and connect attendees with local programs and other resources. The session is designed for information and referrals rather than formal English instruction.
Additional resources highlighted by the library include ESOL literacy materials, the City of Boston’s Adult Literacy Initiative, the Massachusetts Adult Education Help Desk, Mango Languages online learning software for library-card holders, and information about obtaining a library card.
