Information Session for Adult English Learners
This informal information session is for adult English language learners seeking support, practice opportunities, and local resources. Members of the Boston Public Library’s Literacy Services team will answer questions and explain how to register for grammar classes, join informal conversation practice groups, and find additional programs for adult English learners.
The session is intended for questions and connections rather than instruction, so it is not a formal English class. Attendees can also learn about self-study and community resources, including ESOL literacy materials, the City of Boston’s Adult Literacy Initiative, the Massachusetts Adult Education Help Desk, and Mango Languages, which requires a library card.
